Ben O'Connor (he/him, 16) is the Founder, Chief Operations Officer, National Board Administrator and Regional Coordinator (Cork) of The Enhance Project. He is also the former Chairperson of the National Committee.

He started The Enhance Project with one group of people in mind, young people. As Chief Operations Officer, Ben is responsible for the administrative and human side of the association. Alongside the National Board, he is responsible for the staffing of the association. 

As Regional Coordinator, Ben is responsible for Cork County and City based initiatives. As the Administrator of the National Board, he is responsible for the administrative side of the Board. He is responsible for minutes, agendas and maintaining a Board archive.

A massive advocate, Ben has been involved with several Youth Work and Advocacy groups. He currently involved with the following groups:

• the National Youth Council of Ireland's Young Voices Core Group

• Cork County Comhairle na nÓg (Bandon-Kinsale)

• Bandon Connects (Bandon Family Resource Centre)

• Ballinadee/Ballinspittle Foróige (Treasurer)

Ben also volunteers with the local youth club in Bandon. He is interesting in pursuing a career in politics or social work after he finishes secondary school.
